Sandy Gulledge, is a Delaware Certified Public Accountant. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Delaware with a BS in Accounting. Upon graduation, she joined a regional CPA firm where she concentrated on small business and individual taxation as well as audits of not for profit agencies and small governments. In 1998, she started her own accounting practice.

Sandy is past president of the Delaware State Board of Accountancy.

Both of her sons, TJ and Chris, attend the University of Delaware (her alma mater) where they are majoring in engineering. Matthew Moran, is a recruiter with the US Army. He lives in York, PA with his wife Lisa and daughter Layla.

Glenna Amaris

Glenna Amaris is our office manager and payroll specialist. She has been with the firm for five years.

Glenna prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll and the related filings for approximately 100 businesses. She also oversees the QuickBooks bookkeeping for many of our clients.

In her leisure, you can find Glenna at a park reading a book or spending time with her son Anthony. Anthony is a member of the American Bicycle Association in which he BMX races at First State BMX in Milford, DE.

Kelly Blair

Kelly Blair is a tax preparer/bookkeeper and is a member of the National Association of Tax Preparers. She has been with our firm for almost 4 years. She handles individual tax returns as well as sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations and non-profit tax returns. Prior to coming to work for us, she worked for several years in banking and finance.

In addition to preparing taxes Kelly also does the bookkeeping for many of our major clients. She also files prior year tax returns for individuals and businesses. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys rubber stamping, candle making and crafting in general.

Kelly is the Mom of 4 wonderful children. Her oldest, Danny, is attending West Virginia University where he is a Political Science major. Her son Jeremy attends Dover High School and also is planning to attend college upon graduation. Her twins, Autumn and Austin are currently attending preschool. All of her children keep her very busy outside of the office.

Dyanne Cassidy-Overton

Dyanne Cassidy-Overton is a receptionist and a member of the Maryland Society of Accountants, and the Delaware Society of Public Accountants. She has been with our firm for almost 3 years.She has experience in Individual Tax preparation.

In addition to the front desk responsibilities, Dyanne accompanies Sandy in our Lewes location to help with our Downstate clients. In her spare time, Dyanne homeschools one of her children, while working with her spouse, and on her various craft projects.

Dyanne is a Mom to 3 boys. Her oldest, Raymond, is soon to be a graduate of Dover High School, with a desire to join the U.S. Marine Corp upon graduation. Her middle son, Andrew is soon to be a graduate of Dover High school as well, he currently volunteers at the Kent Count SPCA, he walks, plays, and helps animals in the adoption drives. He is striving toward College to be a veterinary technician. Her youngest child, Jesse is an aspiring computer technician.
